Sushi Escape is an endless run where all you have to do is press the up arrow to fly, making the "nigiri" avoid the obstacles.
In Sushi Escape you have another object: to collect the more soy sauces you can. When you avoid one obstacle, the score increases by one.
Reach an high score and achieve an always higher top score.
